Full Arch Rehabilitation

Full Arch Rehabilitation

Due to reasons such as missing teeth, wear and tear on teeth over time, and displacement of teeth, our jaw relationships, closing planes, and joint positions may deteriorate. In order to treat these deteriorations, the treatment protocol in which we intervene in one or both jaws and perform procedures on all teeth is called Full Arch Rehabilitation.

Aesthetic Perfection: Dentures provide the appearance of natural teeth.

Durability: Made from high quality materials for long-lasting results.

Stain Resistance: It is less prone to staining than natural teeth.

Functionality: Restores normal chewing and biting function.

Procedure

This treatment protocol is planned individually for each patient and includes many concepts. To mention a few, we complete the treatment by making occlusal laminate restorations only on the chewing surfaces of the back teeth and performing aesthetic applications on the front region for patients who do not have much damage in their general condition of the teeth and who do not have an aesthetic treatment area in the front region because they have a low vertical dimension. Or, we have a treatment aimed at regaining the old facial height and protecting the teeth from external factors by feeling the need to cover all of our patients who have broken, cracked and decayed teeth in general. Within the scope of the treatment of some joint disorders, we first prepare temporary prostheses and follow an adaptation process and then start making permanent prostheses.

 Initial Examination and Diagnosis

Determining the health status of the patient.

 Personalized Treatment Planning

Creating a customized plan for each patient.

 Minimally Invasive Procedure

Performing treatments with minimal tissue disturbance.

 Careful Follow-up

Monitoring recovery and success after treatment.

What is Full Arch Rehabilitation?

Due to reasons such as missing teeth, wear and tear on teeth over time, and displacement of teeth, our jaw relationships, closing planes, and joint positions may deteriorate. In order to treat these deteriorations, the treatment protocol in which we intervene in one or both jaws and perform procedures on all teeth is called Full Arch Rehabilitation.

In Which Situations Do We Need Full Arch Rehabilitation?

We apply this treatment protocol especially to our patients whose facial height has decreased due to reasons such as tooth decay, abrasion, etc. in order to regain the old facial height. However, we need this treatment in our patients who have a lot of crowding and do not want orthodontic treatment, and in our patients who have joint problems due to malocclusion.

How is Full Arch Rehabilitation Treatment Applied?

In this way, it will be possible to give the most accurate information during the examination about how the protocol, which includes many applications, is actually planned and explained specifically according to the relationship between the teeth and jaws of each of our patients, and how it is exactly applied.

What Do We Aim For With Full Arch Rehabilitation?

With this treatment, we aim to protect our teeth by making restorations that will be a barrier between the damage to the teeth and external factors, to protect our jaw joint by creating correct and balanced closing relationships, and to prevent our patients from looking older by increasing the fallen face height.

What is the Adaptation Process Like After Full Arch Rehabilitation?

In such treatments, concepts such as jaw relationships, closing contact points, and facial height will change, so our patients may think they have problems with adaptation, especially in the first few days. However, in a short time, our joints, muscles, and brain adapt to this new closure, and with regular check-ups, our treatment can be continued for many years without any problems.
