The anesthesia used during the implant operation is quite sufficient to numb the area. The burs we use during the filling are diamond and enamel is 10 times harder than bone. While our patient does not feel any pain with the anesthesia applied during the filling, it is not possible to feel pain with the implant. Our patients usually see that their fears are unfounded after the operation. Because they always think that the implant will be hammered into the jawbone. However, only a small hole is opened and the implant is placed in this opened hole.
