In implant surgery, the bone taken from the person's own jaw, which we call autogenous bone graft, or from where the implant will be placed during implant surgery, is used. However, in the procedure to be performed with bone graft, which we call bone augmentation, bone powder obtained from cow bone is generally used. The use of pig bone is not common in our country. It is not used even by mistake.
